The Education Authority seeks to establish a framework for the supply and delivery of Grab and Go Lunch and Hospitality Items, for example, sandwiches, wraps, baguettes, toasties, paninis, croissants, salad bowls, pasta bowls etc. to resell in school meals kitchens, staff canteens and other locations located throughout Northern Ireland. It is anticipated that a tender for this framework will be issued in June/July2023.
