Overview
We are committed to making sure the GMC is a great place to work and so we value the views from staff and their feedback is essential to ensuring the GMC is a good employer. The results of the survey help us identify areas of success and good practice and key issues across the whole of the organisation - helping us focus on what we need to carry on doing and what we need to improve. We are looking to deliver the next survey, to approximately 1250 staff, around March/April 2019, in addition to a further pulse survey to a sample of c.250 employees at around November 2019 following the completion of the survey and thereafter annually for the duration of the contract.
