Overview
The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, as represented by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) as the Authority, intends to establish a mechanism to re-procure FM service contracts across the global estate in specific packages of varying geographical and service line scope. The chosen mechanism is a new global Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). We intend to run the procurement process for the global DPS concurrently with the procurement process for the first work package in the Asia Pacific region.
