Overview
Chesterfield Borough Council is looking to procure a company that can provide the following services: Re-Glazing of UPV-C windows all types of property including house, bungalow and flat at all floors. The replacement of failed glazing units in the window frames and doors in the Councils housing stock. This is a 2 year contract. It is anticipated that the majority of the work would be supply and fit, but there may be times when it will be supply only. It is intended to be a comprehensive service, whereby the contractor carries out the tenant liaison to arrange and attend appointments with tenants to ensure the work is carried out on behalf of the Council.
