Overview

The appointed contractor will be expected to carry out whole property maintenance/repairs/renewals which will be pre-determined and outlined in the Schedule of Works. Works will be focused on our 'Major' works properties, this will include the completion of Relet packages which are likely to include component renewals such as kitchen, bathroom, electrics and heating, no element of work is guaranteed per property and volume of work per property will be outlined in the Schedule of Works. Property works will be assigned as Minor, Medium or Major in line with our KPI's.
