GEM (Good Estate Management) Framework - Professional Services

The Contracting Authority is seeking to establish a multi-supplier framework for the provision of professional consultancy services, open for use by GEM Framework customers and the wider public sector. This framework will provide access to a range of professional services to support public sector projects, including, but not limited to, Project Management, QS/Cost Consultancy, Architectural Design, Building Surveying and Mechanical and Electrical design services.
