GB-Telford: Engineering Services Review

Options appraisal for Engineering Services Telford and Wrekin Council is looking to procure experienced technical expertise with proven skills to undertake a service delivery review of its engineering services. At present the Council has a team of existing design engineers which covers a number of services including geotechnics, drainage, highways, bridges, structures, design, and CDM principle design. The team are ‘fee earning’ whereby their salary, on costs and a fee are charged to internal and external clients .
