GB-Street: Void Properties - 2024 -2026 - Framework Contract

To complete repairs to Void DAMHA properties with an estimated cost exceeding £5,000 inc VAT, covering circa 1,800 properties and any additional properties acquired or built by the association during the term of the contract. The contract will cover a 24-month period, with the option to extend by a further 24 months by agreement of both parties (subject to regular quality reviews). Contracts can be called off from the Framework Contract through a mixture of Direct Awards and Further Competitions, if required.
