GB-Lowestoft: Town Centre Masterplanning

East Suffolk Council is looking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced company to provide master planning services for Lowestoft. The masterplan for Lowestoft town centre will help to respond to and plan for key changes, consider options for the re-purposing and regeneration of the area and guide development and inward investment to create a vision for a commercially viable future town centre. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
