Freebridge require a competent and skilled resurfacing company to repair, maintain and resurface road, walkways, hardstanding areas and associated drainage owned by Freebridge within its estates, scheme's and properties. The appointed company will need to manage all communications, traffic management and any required permits for all works allocated to them. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
