GB-High Wycombe: Rye Visitor Facilities - Feasibility study

Wycombe District Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced advisors to propose options with associated feasibility studies to introduce new visitor facilities at the Rye park in High Wycombe. Advisors must be able to offer the following skills: •Design skills within the context of a sensitive open space •Business planning skills within the leisure and catering sectors •Public consultation skills. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
