Derby Homes Ltd and Derby City Council (collectively known as the Employer) are looking to establish a Framework with up to 5 providers to carry out new electrical installations, upgrades to domestic Council Houses and other Council commercial premises alongside a portion of adaptation installations to privately owned dwellings within the city of Derby. The Framework will be to the value of up to £2,000,000 across all providers and will have a maximum duration of four years.
