These areas are – 28-30 Wulvesford, Witham, CM8 1NL Halstead Leisure Centre, Halstead, CO9 2HR Footpath adjacent Library, Stoneham Street, Coggeshall, CO6 1UH Homefield Way, Earls Colne, CO6 2SL Driberg Way, Braintree, CM7 1NB Warner Drive Road and Car Park, Braintree, CM7 2YW The breakdown of works for each of the above sites including Bill of Quantities (Appendix A) and the Materials and Workmanship Specification (Appendix B) are attached as separate appendices, along with the Pricing Schedule.
