GB-Braintree: Conservation Area Appraisals

Conservation Area Character Appraisal and Management Plan for the Braintree Conservation Area including Bradford Street (budget of £12,000) with an option for the Council to commission future Appraisals during the 2020/21 financial year up to the value of £18,000 subject to suitable agreement between both parties. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
