The OC are looking for an experienced organisation to deliver a Sector Development Programme covering three main areas of focus. These are: Research, develop and deliver a Programme designed to support Freelancers in the Arts Industries in Birmingham and the West Midlands (including, but not limited to, Producers, Creatives, PR, Curators, Marketing, Technicians and Production Managers).
