GB-Basildon: East Square Enabling Works

Basildon Borough Council's requirement under this Contract is for The erection of site hoardings with demolition and site clearance of three existing areas; Freedom House (including colonnade) up to the National Westminster Bank, a single story brick storage compound to the south of Car Park 2 & the Post Office Building. There is also a requirement to carefully dismantle the existing cobbled wall to East Square, cleaning and storage of sufficient flint pebbles to re-use on 30m2 of new wall, (the construction of the new wall will form part of the principal Building Contract).
