G&R/HRA/ External Maintenance Framework

The Council wishes to appoint a provider for HRA External Works Framework. The Framework comprises 3 Lots. Lots 1 and 2 cover: • Erecting and managing scaffolding on properties and blocks to enable works to take place. • Repairs to the external envelope of a building up to and including 4 storeys to include, repairing or renewing joinery such as front / rear doors/frames, brickwork and render repairs or replacement, upvc goods repair or replacement, chimney stack and roof repairs, managing asbestos removal, railing and gate repair or replacement, window servicing & repair and wet trades such as concrete pathworks and rendering. • Repairs to the internal communal areas of flats and blo…
