The purpose of this Framework is to provide Quantity Surveying services to support the delivery of Translink’s Programme of Capital and Maintenance Works. Translink’s Infrastructure Division is responsible for Maintenance and Capital projects in respect of all property for Northern Ireland Railways, Ulsterbus, Metro and NITHC.
