Specialist support for business growth in Barnsley As a direct result of the COVID-19 pandemic, businesses across the nation face new challenges affecting their staff and sustainable growth. The Future Proofed Workforce Program sets out to work with 250 Barnsley-based businesses, aiding recovery and growth by overcoming issues related to: • Organisational Human Resources • Leadership and Management • Workforce Mapping and Optimisation • Workforce Development and Culture • Employee Mental Health.
