Functional Safety Assurance Services at Weybridge

Services are expected to include:<br/>Management and implementation of site-specific FSM Policy. To include guidance on managing all relevant subcontractors with regard to FSM. <br/>Generation, ownership and maintenance of a FSM action tracker, with the need to integrate this function with existing site action tracking functions (the action tracker and associated documentation/software to be owned by the Employer). <br/>Development and maintenance of associated plans, processes and procedures for FSM, to be owned by the Employer, to include all standards and areas relevant to IEC 61508 and IEC 61511 (e.g. safety requirement specifications, LOPA, risk assessment, SIL studies, change control,…
