Overview

FSCS seeks the service of an Employee Benefits Administrator to provide a “one stop shop” through which its employees can access their benefits, with fast, efficient and right first-time administration support. The supplier will provide a fully managed reward scheme which would enable FSCS employees to interface directly with the benefit supplier and an employee help-line to resolve queries and provide assistance. It would also have a web-enabled on-line platform that is designed to enable FSCS employees to choose the benefits that are best suited to them, their needs and circumstances.
