Overview
The Growth Company wishes to appoint a number of service providers to enter into a Framework Contract for the delivery of Software Development Services. The initial programme of work outlined in this tender will be commissioned by the GC Business Growth Hub but further services may be required on a Group wide basis. These services will be commissioned through this contract by the Growth Company. The Framework will consist of no more than 4 providers and each subsequent piece of work will be subject to a mini competition to appoint the provider to the particular project.
