Framework for provision of Emergency Bed & Breakfast Accommodation

To ensure Derby City Council has suitable temporary accommodation at any time in an emergency in which to place families who are homeless. This will be done by creating a framework of providers across Derby and the immediate region able to respond and offer accommodation at short notice. The statutory service will be delivered to persons placed appropriate to their need as assessed by the Council and administered by its arm's length management organisation Derby Homes.
