Digitisation Framework, commencing with the design and build of a common check-in software platform to support a multi ferry operator environment, enabling all customer processing duties to be carried out at check-in booths for freight and tourist passengers. Project to include an initial pilot phase in the current port environment and then rollout to a new upscaled production environment.
