The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) is establishing a Framework of Suppliers who have excellent knowledge and/or practice in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This notice is for a market warming exercise for the Framework. Organisations who are successful in securing a place on the framework will have the potential to be drawn on to deliver ETF contracts in the future.
