There will be a requirement for a service provider/s to undertake approximately 2000 patient removals within the financial year. It is expected that the company: • Have at least one vehicle suitable in carrying up to four deceased patients and other suitable vehicles and staff available to fulfill this contract. • Have at least five refrigerated storage spaces available for use by the HM Coroner • Transfers only those that require post mortem to the Public and Forensic mortuary in Bradford. • Must tag bodies immediately on arrival with the correct information • Must be prepared to allow the family nominated Funeral Director or their representatives on to the service provider/s site to colle…
