The Prison Operator Services Framework covers the provision of Operational Custodial Services and Facilities Management of Prisons in England and Wales. The Framework Agreement is owned by the Ministry of Justice operating through Her Majesty's Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS). Operators on the Framework are eligible to participate in Mini-Competitions, the first of which will be for a New Build Category C Resettlement Prison in Wellingborough.
