The Council of the London Borough of Waltham Forest ("the Authority") are seeking Tenders from suitably experienced and qualified organisations for the Framework Agreement for the Provision of Holiday Activities Programme. The Framework shall commence on 26th July 2021 and shall continue up to and including 31st December 2021 ("the Contract Period").
