Framework Agreement for Building Compliance Repairs and Maintenance

The Council has a statutory duty to provide building/premises compliance and maintenance to ensure the safe use of office and public accessible buildings. This primarily involves the maintenance of and repairs to properties, and plant and equipment within those buildings. The Council has some responsibility for approximately 99 premises, car parks and electrical installations across the North Herts District. The majority of the compliance works are provided to 48 of these assets (premises etc) which are located within the major urban centres.
