Forensic and Relationship Testing Services - Children's Social Work

Wiltshire Council children's social care services needs the ability to spot purchase from a framework agreement of suitable providers where independent expertise is required and to cover peaks in workload. This includes specialist forensic and relationship testing. 2. Services required Specialist forensic tests including but not limited to: o DNA testing for paternity (including sampling and collection where appropriate).
