The Commercial Services Department at Lancaster University is seeking a digital system solution to streamline their multiple food management, procurement and payment processes. Current processes are manual, inefficient and not ideal for meeting nutritional and allergen requirements. Commercial Services is responsible for managing the Universities retail units and conference and hospitality services, all which cater for the requirements of students, staff and visitors.
