Flying Start Childcare – Dynamic Purchasing System

Cardiff Council is seeking expressions of interest from Childcare Providers operating in Cardiff that are registered with the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) to deliver Flying Start childcare placements for eligible 2-3 year olds. It is our intention to go out to the market in the near future to commission these services through a Dynamic Purchasing System. The service to be provided is childcare to eligible 2-3 year olds for 2.5 hours each day, 5 days each week for 39 weeks each year, in alignment with school term times.
