Overview
Floating Support Services provide a range of approaches to prevent homelessness for those most at risk with a range of vulnerabilities. This Contract is the result of a reconfiguration to maximise the levels of support available citywide whilst also incorporating a significant reduction in resources from the previous budget which funded a number of specialist and generic contracts. Following a nine month pilot focused on exploring the advantages of Tiered Support, a more 'generic' and flexible service model has been developed.
