Overview

NHS England is seeking to commission a partner to establish a proof-of-concept Flexible Working project. This development programme will raise capability to enable NHS senior leaders at organisational level (trusts and systems) to effectively sponsor, lead, influence and make key decisions on flexible working at their organisation. This will provide each organisation with a framework to establish flexible working, and individuals with the capability, resources and tools to embed a flexible working culture.
