Overview

The purpose of this commission is for the successful bidder(s) to: • Work with the AHPs (and Supervisor/Employer) to conduct an initial Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) based on the applicant FCP's knowledge and prior experience mapped to Stage 1 & 2 of the Roadmap to Practice. • Determine appropriate training requirements for the AHP to become an FCP (either FCP Taught Route, FCP Portfolio Route, or a hybrid of both) and set a learning plan.
