Fire Sprinkler Systems - Servicing and Maintenance

CHP wishes to commission an experienced and appropriately qualified organisation for the provision of inspection, testing, servicing, repairs/maintenance and minor improvement works of CHP's fire sprinkler systems (currently 27 sites) in order to keep them compliant and in full working order. The works/services are required on a cyclical/planned basis but will include responding to callouts and emergencies 24-hour, 365 days a year. For the avoidance of doubt, installations and major upgrade works of sprinkler systems will not be within the scope of this contract.
