The sites are presently fully occupied and currently have NO sprinkler system installed. The works shall include but not limited to the following. The Contractor will be responsible for the procurement, delivery, off-loading, installation, testing and commissioning and setting to work of the system and equipment details below: Undertake the role of a resident Liaison Officer (RLO) arranging access to the properties Attending resident meeting as required Installation of complete wet sprinkler system as detailed on the building plans provided to include all necessary pipework, sprinkler heads Installation of all pipework connections from the fire booster set to the sprinkler pipe…
