Fire Safety Works

RBKC propose to establish a framework for fire safety works which may include some or all of the following works. • Communal fire doors and internal glazed screens • Front entrance doors • Other fire doors (e.g. services / cupboards doors) • Fire safety signage • Fire-stopping / compartmentation works • Loft Compartmentation works (remedial) • Smoke ventilation systems (mechanical and natural smoke and heat exhaust ventilation systems including AOVs) • Other ventilation systems including bathroom / kitchen common ventilation system • Bin chutes (e.g. closing off) • Sprinkler systems or water mist systems (fire suppression systems) • Wet and dry risers (installation and maintenance) • Ext…
