The Guinness Partnership Limited and all its subsidiaries is seeking organisation(s) to provide Fire Safety Systems Servicing and Repair Services to include the servicing, maintenance and responsive repairs of all fire detection and ancillary equipment within its properties in accordance with the contract specification and current fire regulations. Guinness wishes to enter into a contract with a Service Provider(s) for an initial contract term of three years with the option to extend the contract for two further periods of 12 months.
