Overview

The intention of the contract is to deliver a pro-active, planned preventative maintenance regime that will provide a safe and reliable fire safety specialisms to the residents, visitors and staff of the Places for People Group complexes and that will prolong the useful life of the equipment. The Contractor shall carry out and complete the regular, systematic execution of the services detailed or referred to in the specification and as defined elsewhere in this Agreement.
