Fire Safety (Inspection, Servicing, Maintenance & Installation) Services

The aim is to establish a Service Level Agreement with a preferred contractor/service provider in each of 5 geographical lots for delivering a comprehensive range of fire safety (inspection, testing, servicing, maintenance & installation) services across a wide range of residential (inc. blocks and group schemes) and non-residential (inc. offices) properties. A core requirement is the ability to deliver a high quality service that will deliver the highest standards of health and safety at a 'best value' price.
