Fire Safety Equipment Testing, Servicing and Maintenance

Great Places is seeking feedback from suppliers that are able to test fire safety systems on a monthly basis, in addition to following a periodic servicing programme to fire safety equipment plus responsive maintenance and repairs to these systems, in line with relevant standards and regulations. The proposed service covers approximately 860 residential buildings, that is likely going to be split between four regional Lots across the Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Yorkshire regions.
