The contractor should take the opportunity of a site visit during the tender process in order to confirm the basis upon which they submit their tender. The specifications are intentionally generic, owing to the variance in equipment. However, they supply the summary of the services required. The appointed service contractor will be required to service the equipment in accordance with statute, regulation and best practice, as determined by the requirements of each item.
