In a highly competitive evolving market Accent Housing Ltd invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of fire risk assessments to a number of its schemes spread across a large geographical area. Accent wishes to complement the existing in-house arrangements, to deliver high quality and timely type 1 and type 3 fire risk assessments on relevant properties in Accents portfolio, in order to comply with the requirements of the Regulatory Reform Act (Fire Safety) Order 2005. As part of the contract the successful provider will be expected to follow the PAS 79 format for fire risk assessments and to liaise with Key Stakeholders.…
