Overview
Clarion Housing Group is the largest Social Housing provider in the England with properties as far north as Newcastle and as far south as Plymouth. Clarion is currently planning to procure a high quality fire risk service provider(s) with the capacity to cover all or a significant number of properties across the group. It is estimated that approximately 3500 FRAs will need to be carried out each year, and these have been divided into three service regions. Prior to commencing with any procurement process, Clarion has prepared a brief survey (5 minutes max.) with the purpose of refining our requirement and to establish the potential service coverage for each of these three regions.
