In accordance with Regulation, South Tyneside Council (STC) undertakes regular inspections of all fire doors in properties which it manages. There are over 3,700 fire doors which are distributed across a diverse range of stock within the borough of South Tyneside. We require a suitable Certified Contractor to carry out Fire Door Inspections within its multi-occupancy buildings. To Low, Medium and High-rise buildings located in the borough of South Tyneside. STC are looking for a sole supplier to deliver the contract.
