The Authority require the existing fire alarm system installations within all of their properties to be tested and maintained in accordance with BS5839-Pt1:2017 Fire detection and Fire alarm systems for buildings on a 6-monthly basis with the except of HQ & Safeside which will be on a quarterly basis and to carry out certain minor works as a result of the inspection and tests.
