Finchley Memorial Hospital – Key Worker Accommodation Project

CHP is planning an innovative project in Finchley in order to recalibrate the market norm for key workers’ accommodation. At the heart of this project is an intention that key worker accommodation (“KWA”) will be created that is genuinely attractive to NHS workers and that addresses their needs by providing a long term base that they can call home. Evidence supports our belief that provision of a stable base enhances staff well-being, allows staff to feel valued and concentrate more on their crucial role in delivering healthcare services.
