Overview
The Defence Reform Act 2014 established the Single Source Regulations Office ("SSRO") as an independent regulator of the UK Government's procurement of single source military equipment and services. The SSRO is the custodian of the single source procurement framework and has a number of functions under the Act and the Single Source Contract Regulations 2014. The SSRO is asking interested suppliers to provide an estimated cost for a 5-year contract (based on 3 years, plus 1year, plus 1 year) for: a. the provision of the Outsourced Finance Support Core Services; and b. a daily rate for the optional professional advice.
