FEW1504 - PlayZone – Eyres Monsell

The awarded supplier has applied for and received funding from the Football Foundation to refurbish 5 existing ball courts and build 4 new ball courts across the city. Eyres Monsell is one of the refurbished sites and received funding prior to the others as it was considered a front runner due to planning permission being previously received for refurbished courts. The project will provide a new Football & Basketball Playzone (ball court) to replace the existing Basketball Courts. The contracts issued for this project have been called off from the Football Foundation framework. The grant funding is conditional on the framework being used.
